Thought I would share my opinion on players to watch out for in the coming rounds :)
MIDS
Jack Redden (Lions) $275,400 Played 8 games for Brissy last year and is a main inclusion for senior games this year. Still inconsistent but steps it up a notch each week. Nice inclusion if you are a little short of cash or want to save some.
Adam Selwood (WCE) $398,400 Debut in 2004 DT score keeps raising up a notch every year. Adam is in his prime IMO. Not to expensive either.
Lewis Jetta (SYD) $139,900 Also another player to watch out for, he is not up to a lot of TOG but will progress nicely throughout the year.
Shaun Burgoyne (HAWKS) $314,600 Has been with Port since 2002 and ready to make his debut with the Hawks. Keep your eye on him :)
FWDS
Carl Peterson (HAWKS) $155,300 (including an already 60k price rise!)Sat in Richmond since 2006 and finally picked up by the Hawks. Many games under his belt although just not at senior level. Where ever the ball is Peterson is there!, either sheparding, tackling or kicking up the field. Good for a FWD emergency or even an inclusion into your team. I can not see this player going down.
Michael Johnson (FREO) $326,200 has gone down in price a little so now is the time to get on in. Debuted for Freo in 2005. Although he has not played a full season since 2006. You can expect to see good things from him over the rest of the season
BACKS
James Gwilt (SAINTS) $278,800 Still at a nice price, made his debut with Saints since 2006. Yet to play a full season, but looks like he will have that opportunity this year. IMO get on him.
Heath Grundy (SYD) $316,500 With 4 years under his belt, a full season last year and the structural changes made to the Swans. Heath will shine this year.

Hi MissPies - very interested to see you mention Gwilt. I have been considering him as my replacement for Voldt, but I don't know much about him. You wouldn't be able to elaborate on him a little would you? Thanx in advance if you can.

MP: James shows steady improvement since 2005, he is not a major goal kicker to say the least. His position is however B/F so having said that to pick him up as a back and hoping he gets game time down centre-forward now that Roos is out for 12-16 weeks would be a bonus.
He made 15 appearances in 2009 with a nice stand out of 27 possies.
His best ability is tackles. 188cm but 92kg he can pack a punch. Not the fastest on his legs but when in the vicinity of the ball has a big impact.
If Coach helps him on his accuracy on goal in training(which i feel this is highly likely) He will either be a goal assist player or may even rack up a few himself.
Strong body can take a mark, but most of all a nice crumber to bring ball to ground when necessary.
Hope this helps.
PS i admire your ability to trade a Saint for a Saint. Because in the long term When a KPP is down on a side to pick up another player that will most likely fulfill his role at some point is just credit to you and your intelligence :)
